Leaders are in a constant push-pull between everyday tasks, unexpected issues that pop up, their responsibility to their leader, and to people who report to them. 

With these conflicting priorities, how do they find the time to lead, instead of just manage? 

Leadership coaching with me is a partnership  it encompasses thinking and strategy for clients to understand and get clear on the most important part of successful leadership themselves. 

Our stories and beliefs about leadership, the lens through which we see the world and the behaviour that follows, have a ripple effect. Using proven methodologies, I focus on helping leaders understand their unique values, strengths, and personal brand. We also delve into reactions under pressure, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful narratives. 

Accompanying assessment through the Leadership Circle Profile or CliftonStrengths supports the coaching process, and the development strategy. I create a specific and measurable plan to increase clarity and leadership impact for them and their team.

Delivery

Coaching plans are tailored to meet individual and organisational objectives and can include the use of psychometric assessments like Leadership Circle Profile (a 360 degree feedback tool) or CliftonStrengths (a tool grounded in positive psychology).

To ensure results, coaching packages are a minimum of 3 sessions. Each coaching program is designed to be fully tailored to your individual development needs, with programs and coaching packages tailored between 3 and 12 months for a transformative coaching experience.

    The Culture Edit

      I love unpacking the culture that exists and persists within a workplace.
      I can help you to diagnose the emotional culture of your team or organisation, and co-create a strategy to take your teams forward. We’ll begin by having conversations about how people are feeling – not something traditionally discussed in every office!
      I explore the levels of psychological safety within your teams, looking at the sub-cultures at varying levels and assessing what a full-spectrum culture might look like for your company.

      We’ll explore

        The values of the organisation (espoused or enacted), and how they set your organisation up for success.

        The positive practices, rituals and habits within your organisation.

        The beliefs, stories and legacy that exist in the organisation.

        The signals that are being transmitted through people practices and leadership.

        I then partner with your people to design a future state for an amazing culture, grounded in positive psychology and co-created with human centered design methodologies.

        Delivery

          When we work on a Culture Edit, then there will ALWAYS be a leadership element. I partner with you and your leadership team to do a deep dive on the individual identities and collective narratives, bringing together a brand for the team through strengths, values, behaviours and purpose. This work is about alignment and synchronisation.
          I can work with you and your teams on a program of workshops, individual or group leadership and team coaching, an offsite or retreat, or through Leadership Circles. All programs are designed to be bespoke and delivered through a range of modalities to suit your organisation.

          It’s great to innovate, think of the future state, and have big ideas, but ideas without a strategy to execute are just ideas. To succeed, a strategy needs the right people, with the best skills, in the right roles. 

          My people strategy approach considers the big picture the external landscape, economic, social, and political factors, the internal environment, culture, performance, leadership potential and organisational stakeholders. 

          I identify key drivers and desired outcomes to develop an actionable people strategy that supports the organisation’s goals, facilitates change, increases capability, and mobilises teams and organisations for the current and future state.

          2020 taught us to expect the unexpected – to navigate uncertainty and maintain desired results, a human-centered strategy is more important than ever.

          Delivery

            All strategic plans are tailored for clients after an initial assessment. You can choose your level of support from a Done with You or Done for You approach with ongoing support and coaching for your teams.

            Delivery methods range from a full program of works taking place over several months, bespoke workshops, discovery and co-creation sessions with people up, down and across your organisation.
